How Do I Place an Order For Hockey Hats?
Follow these steps:
- Visit our Hockey Hats section on ChalktalkSPORTS.com.
- Choose one of the many hockey hats we have available. Select your style (fleece lined hockey knit hat, performance hockey beanie hat, hockey headband, or hockey brimmed hat) and color. If you would like to personalize your hockey fleece lined knit hat, you also have the option to add your hockey jeresey number to the earflap of the hockey ski hat.
- Choose the quantity of the hockey hat you would like to buy and then click the "add to cart" button to add your hockey shirt to your cart.
- Then click "continue shopping" or "checkout" on the pop-up shopping cart. If you are ready to check out, just follow the instructions on screen to complete the checkout process.

How Do I Return or Exchange My Hockey Hat?
To exchange or return your hockey hat, fill out the bottom half of the original packaging slip and follow the return/exchange instructions on the packing slip. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the product information, your name, address and phone number and reason for return or exchange. If you are requesting a refund please include the credit card number and expiration date that you used for the purchase. Please include this information when you send back the product(s) being returned. For a full refund product must be returned in unopened packaging and in original condition within 30 days. How Does Your Shipping Process Work?
Well, after you've found the perfect hockey hat and have placed your order. Your order will take about 1-2 business days to process. During this time your order will be verified, picked, packaged and then shipped. Once your order has shipped, it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days (within the United States) before your order is delivered.
